Hi Ronel,

Yogurt is a reasonable alternative to a probiotic (and is in fact the origin of the probiotics revolution), provided it’s ‘live’ yogurt like Bulgarian or Greek, and not the flavoured sweet varieties which fill the supermarket shelves and are really just pudding, unless they state that there are live and active probiotics on the label.
